Decoration Guidelines

Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations. To help protect our facility and keep cleanup manageable:

  • Nothing may be taped, nailed, pinned, stapled, or otherwise attached to the walls.
  • No confetti, glitter, or confetti-filled balloons.
  • Decorations must be freestanding or placed on tables.

Birthday parties scheduled during regular open-play hours include a private party room for the celebration. The main play area remains open to other Little Haines City guests.

Every participating child must be included on a valid, signed waiver before entry. Waivers stay valid for 6 months. Read and Sign Required Waiver

A $150 non-refundable reservation fee is charged securely by card at the time of booking and secures your party date and time. It is applied toward your party total. Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: A reservation fee is required to secure your selected party date and time. Upon payment, Little Haines City – Kick & Play LLC removes the reserved date and time from availability to other customers. Because the reservation fee compensates Little Haines City – Kick & Play LLC for reserving the space and declining other booking opportunities, the reservation fee is non-refundable and is not a security deposit. The remaining balance is due at the venue on party day. Need to reschedule? Contact us at least 72 hours before your party and your reservation fee transfers to the new date. Cancellations, no-shows, or reschedule requests inside 72 hours forfeit the reservation fee.

Party policies

Food, Drinks & Additional Décor

Customers may bring their own food, non-alcoholic beverages, personalized or themed paper products, and additional décor. Please notify Little Haines City in advance about any outside food or additional décor. Alcohol is not permitted.

Sock Policy

Little Haines City grip socks are included for all children. Adults must bring their own socks or purchase socks during check-in for $3.00.

Private Party Hours

All-private party bookings are available from 7:00 PM–9:00 PM only, and only when that time slot has not already been reserved.

Regular Open-Play Parties
